The weekly Wednesday seminar 05 November 2014, 10.00 a.m., will feature Ass. Professor Bahram Aliyev (Department of Differential Equations, IMM) who will talk about “Investigation of boundary value problems for elliptic differential-operator equations of second order”.

His talk will be dedicated to the boundary value problems for second order elliptic differential-operator equations on a finite interval, with boundary conditions containing spectral parameter and an unbounded operator. Some spectral properties will also be discussed.
