Weekly seminar on February 25, 2015, 10.00 a.m. will feature a report by PHD Shirmail Hasan oglu Bagirov, researcher of the Department of Equations of Mathematical Physics, entitled “On the existence of positive solutions of semilinear parabolic equations of second order”.
In the talk, we consider a parabolic equation of second order on a cylindrical domain with time-periodic coefficients.
Depending on the nature of nonlinearity, the existence of positive global solutions of the equation under consideration is studied.
