The head of “Mathematical Analysis” department, corr. member of ANAS, professor Vagif Guliyev was invited to the International Conference “Function spaces and the theory of approximation of functions” dedicated to the 110-th anniversary of academician S.M. Nikolskii, which will be held from May 25 to May 29, 2015 in Steklov Institute of Mathematics of Russia. Corr. member of ANAS, professor Vagif Guliyev will give a talk titled ” Necessary and sufficient conditions for boundedness of the fractional integral operators in the local Morrey-type spaces on Carnot groups”.
