On 20.05.2015, at 10.00, at the Insitutte seminar candidate of technical sciences, associate professor, honoured engineer, director of Dilmanc project of the Ministry of Communications and High Technology Abulfat Fatullayev will give a speech. It is intended to represent the following systems created in the frames of Dilmanc project.
* Automatic translation of speech from the Azerbaijanian language to other languages and vice versa. (Dilmanc Translator/Conversation)
* System for automatic conversion of speech to a text (Dilmanc Dictation)
* System for treating the text (synthesis of speech) (Dilmanc TTS)
* System carrying on a dialogue with the user (Comprehension of natural language)
* Machine translation and electronic dictionaries and so on.
Within the project of ” Dilmanc ” project of the Ministry of Communications and Higher Technology, the researches for creating applied linguistic technologies for the Azerbaijanian language are carried out and on the obtained results contemporary Natural Language Processing systems (NLP) are created. Within the project, some works are done in the field of machine translation, recognition and comprehension of speech, sounding of texts, call systems, smart search, control of device by voice, automatic translation of speech and creation of other intellectual technologies.
For creating these technologies, the theory of Deep Neural Networks, Hidden Markov chains, mathematical statistics and other theories are widely used.
For getting practical goods from scientific novelties, the distributed calculus systems (Hadoop and MapReduce), multinucleus graphic processors and other up-to-date computing and software methods are used.
