Supported by the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the NAS of Azerbaijan organizes International Workshop on Non-Harmonic Analysis and Differential Operators (NHADO-2016) which will be held on May 25-27, 2016, in Baku, Azerbaijan. The goal of the workshop is to bring together local and foreign scientists and to provide an international forum for exchange of ideas in the following research areas:

• Approximation Theory;
• Harmonic and Non-Harmonic Analysis, Theory of Frames;
• Optimal Control and Differential Equations;
• Differential Operators and Spectral Theory;
• Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations;
• Signal Processing and Its Applications;
• Mathematical Modeling.

The opening ceremony will be held at the Assembly Hall of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics on Wednesday May 25, 2016, 10:00 a.m. local time (08.00 a.m. GMT).
English, Azeri and Russian are the official languages of the workshop. Accepted abstracts will be published prior to the workshop.
