At the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics three journals in the English language are published. These journals are evaluated by different agencies of the world. It is pleasant that the journal of “Proceedings of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics” was included into the “EMERGING SOURCES CITATION INDEX” base of “Thomson Reuters” agency. We hope that in the near future our journal will be included into the “science Citation Index Expanded” list of “Thomson Reuters” base. It should be noted that the “Azerbaijan Journal of Mathematics” published at the IMM was included into the “Emerging Sources Citation Index” base of “Thomson Reiter” agency six month ago, on 22.12.2015.
Inclusion of these two journals on mathematics published in IMM to this base should be evaluated as great success of Azerbaijan mathematicians.
On this occasion we congratulate all Azerbaijan mathematicians and the editorial staff of the journal and wish them greater successes. more
