At the Institute seminar, senior research associate of “Differential Equations” department, doctor of Mathematical sciences N.M. Aslanov gave a talk on “On spectrum and trace formula of operator generated by the expression of fourth order differential operator”.
Boundary value problems given by a spectral parameter dependent boundary condition for a fourth order differential equation with operator potential in finite interval, are considered. Self-adjoint operator corresponding to these problems are determined, asymptotic formula for eigen numbers of these operators is obtained and regularized traces are calculated.
