Weekly seminar on September 22.02.2017, 10:00 a.m. will feature a report by corresponding member of ANAS, professor, head of the Department of Mathematical Analysis Vagif Sabir oglu Guliyev, entitled “Characterizations of the boundedness of the fractional maximal operator, Riesz potential and their commutators on Orlicz spaces”.
In this talk, will be discussed the necessary and sufficient conditions for the boundedness of the fractional maximal operator, Riesz potential and their commutators on the Orlicz spaces.
