Today at the general meeting held in the main building of the Academy the annual report on scientific and scientific-organizational activity of the Presidium of ANAS was listened, Nitami Ganjavi Gold Medal and other awards were presented.
The head of Azerbaijan Presidential Administration academician Ramiz Mehdiyev, Deputy prime Minister Elchin Efendiyev, the head of Humanitarian Policy Department of Presidential Administration, doctor of physico-mathematical sciences Fatma Abdullazade, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Ismayil Sadigov, corresponding member of ANAS professor Nargiz Pashayeva and the heads of different government structures, officials, corresponding members and academicians of ANAS and representatives of other organizations attended the meeting.
At first the participants had a look at the exhibition of scientific achievements reflecting the activities of the Academy.
