Within the program “Integration of science and Education” Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics conducts seminars and lectures for secondary school pupils.

In the 7-th lecture, the leading research associate of “Mathematical physics equations” department of IMM, cand. phys. math. sci. Abdurrahim Guliyev gave a talk on “Dirichlet or Pigeon hole principle”.
The lecture deals with Dirichlet principle, its different expression forms and its application to different problems of number theory, geometry and combinatorics. You can watch this talk in You Tube channel of IMM.
