The next seminar of the department “Equations of Mathematical Physics” was held.
At the seminar, with a report on the topic “The Lie group and its application to differential equations”, the senior research fellow of the department, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences Mammadov Elchin Musa oglu delivered a speech. During the report, the notion of the Lie group was formulated and its application to differential equations will be shown. Were discussed a adduction of the differential equation with partial derivatives to ordinary differential equations with the by dint of the invariant of the group.
