The director of IMM, corr. member of ANAS, prof. Misir Mardanov’s 12 page article “Heydar Aliyev and development of science in Azerbaijan” was published in the collection of lectures “Heydar Aliyev is the founder of State establishment in Azerbaijan” of the Knowledge Foundation under President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The article touched upon the national leader Heydar Aliyev’s national progress – the care of education, which is a powerful, invaluable tool for the development of science, culture and spirituality, education of the people, and the titanic service for the harmonious development of the education system.
