The “School of Young Mathematicians”, organized for the secondary school students within the framework of the “Science and Education Integration” program at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS, continues its activities. Lessons are conducted in two age groups.
Courses of low age (for VI-VII classes) are held at secondary school No 53 in Baku on the thursday of each week from 15:00 to 16:30.
On upper age group (for VIII-XI classes) Courses are held at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS on the friday of the week from 15:00 to 16:30.
Leading research ass., ph. doctor Eminaga Mammadov, Senior Research ass. at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, held a seminar on “Investigating some extreme combinatorial probelms from geometry” on 08.12.2017 on “Mathematical Logic Elements” on 15.12.2017 .
Sen. Res. Ass. Of “Functions theory” department, cand. Phys. Math. Sci. Maharov Ibrahim on 07.12.2017 for underage groups held a seminar on “Exercises on Dirichlet principles”, on 14.12.2017 “Exercises on invariants”, on 14.12.2017 “Prime geometrical figures and exercises on their properties”, on 21.12.2017 “Exercises on Invariants”, on 28.12.2017 “Exercises on division and residue”, on 11.01.2018 “Exercises on exceptions”, on 18.01.2018 “Brief theoretical information about broken line and polygonals and solution of exercises”, I, on 25.01.2018 “Solution of exercises on broken line and polygonals and on previous topics”. On 15.02.2018 “Brief theoretical information about graphs”, on 22.02.2018 |Solution of problems on graphs”. “Plane graph. Euler formula”.

Note that the lectures are carried out regularly each week.
