The regular institute seminar will be held on 28.02.2018, at 10.00. The sen. Res. Ass. Of “Optimal Control” department, doct. of ph. math. sci., prof. Telman Melikov will give a talk on “Amplification of Weierstrass necessary condition for prime variation problem”.
The following issues will be considered:
1. Amplification of Weierstrassnecessary condition for prime variation problem.
2. Obtaining second order necessary condition for strong extremum.
3. The notion of γ-convex set.
4. The notion of relative open set in wide sense.
5. Obtaining stronger optimality conditions in discrete control problems and development of investigation methods in components.
