Telman Aliyev, head of the administration of science and education of ANAS, corr. Member of ANAS, prof. Eminaga Sadigov and head of the chair of “Mathematical physics Equations” of BSU, acad. Yusuf Mamedov, sen res.

Ass. Of “Optimal control” department, doct. phys. Math. Sci. prof. Telman Melikov gave a talk on “Amplification of Weierstrass necessary condition for prime variational problems and obtaining stronger optimality conditions in discrete optimal control problems”.

The following issues were considered:

Amplification of Weierstrassnecessary condition for prime variation problem.

Obtaining second order necessary condition for strong extremum.

The notion of γ-convex set.

The notion of relative open set in wide sense.

Obtaining stronger optimality conditions in discrete control problems and development of investigation methods in components.
