On 07.03.2018, at 10.00 the regular institute seminar will be held. At the seminar, professor of the chair of ‘General problems of control” of mechanics-mathematics faculty of Moscow State University Galeev Elfat Mikhailovich will give a talk on “Second order conditions in problems with equality and inequality type constraints. Quadratic functional in variational calculus”.
In the talk, first and second order extremum conditious for extremum in equality and inequality type plane problems are considered.
In addition the fisrt and second order conditions for the extremum in prime variation problem with quadratic fucntional are considered.
The case when the Jacobian condition is fulfilled, but the amplified Jacobian condition is not fulfilled, is completely studied.
