On the weekly seminar on 23.01.2019, 10:00 a.m. the head researcher of the department “Theory of Functions” Rashid Avazaga oglu Aliev will present a report on the topic “The A-integral and restricted Ahlfors-Beurling transform”.

The report is devoted to the creation, application, and properties of the Alfors-Berling transform. In the report, the reduction of a quadratic form to a canonical form using the Alfors-Berling transform will be considered, the application of the Alfors-Berling transform to quasi-conformal mappings and some open problems will be discussed. In addition, by using the A-integral, an analogue of Riesz’s equality for Alfors-Bering transform of the Lebesgue integrable functions will be given.
