Today the “Optimal Control” department was held its regular seminar. The head of the department of Mathematics, Baku Engineering University Ragib Efendiev gave a talk on “Spectral analysis for non-self adjoint Hill operators”.

The talk deals with an inverse spectral problem on the axis for non-self adjoint Hill operator. The main properties of the fundamental solutions are studied. The fundamental solutions play a significant role in the study, their expansion are completely analyzed. Along with the solution of the inverse problem, a constructive alqorithm is offered.
