On 07.02.2019, at 10.30, the regular seminar of “Optimal Control” department will be held. At the seminar Leading scientist of The Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, Dr., Assoc. Prof. Anar Rahimov will give a talk on “An approach to numerical solution to inverse source problems with nonlocal conditions”.

In the talk the will be considered two inverse source problems for a parabolic equation under nonlocal initial and boundary conditions. A numerical method will be proposed to solve the inverse source problems, which is based on the use of the method of lines. The initial problems will be reduced to a system of ordinary differential equations with unknown parameters. To solve this system, propose a non-iterative numerical method will be based on special representation of the solution. We will present the results of numerical experiments on test problems.
