On 02 september, 2019, the “XXI International Mechanics Confe-rence” began its work in Nigde Omer Halisdemir University, Nigde, Turkey. Research associate of  the department of  “Creeping theory” of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS, philosophy doctor in mechanics Emin Bagirov represented our country at this prestigious scientific event which mathematicians come from different research centers and universities around the world.

         Emin Bagirov reported on “The influence of inhomogeneous initial stresses on the dispersion of axisymmetric longitudinal wave propagating in the hollow cylinder” and answered the questions.

The international scientific conference continued until september 6.
