AR Cabinet of Ministers amended to the Resolution dated June 25, 2010 No. 120 “On the application of a new financing mechanism in higher educational institutions and at the graduate level of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of the Azerbaijan”.

Prime Minister Novruz Mammadov signed a decree on October 3. The Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers takes into account the proposals of the AR Ministry of Education and AR Ministry of Finance.

The decision will enter into force on September 1, 2019.
