On September 24, October 1, 2019, the head of Scientific and Technical Information Department prof. Ramiz Aslanov was on a professional trip in the city of SAMARA, Russian Federation to give a talk on the theme “Mathematical education in Digital Society” “Differential Equations” the first lover of Vyacheslav Vasilyevich Stepanov, to 130 years of birth) (authors M.J. Mardanov, R.M. Aslanov) in the XXXVIII scientific seminar of mathematical and Informatics teachers of Pedagogical University and Institutes held on the base of Samara brach of Moscow City Pedagogical University. On September 27, 2019, the talk devoted to V.V. Stepanov’s book “Course of Differential Equations” his life and creativity was welcomed with great interest.

According to the Conference Program prof. R. Aslanov was at the head of the second section “Digitization of Mathematical education in higher school. Problems of training of mathematics teacher of digital world”. 16 reports were heard in the section. In order to discuss the structure of the manuscript of the book “Kazan University and development of geometry in Azerbaijan”, authors: M.J. Mardanov, R.M. Aslanov, on September 29- October 1, he has been in N.I. Lobachevsky Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of Kazan State Federal University, had meetings with heads of chains (acad. doct. phys. math. sci. head algebra and logic chair, prof. M.M. Arslanov, corr. member, doct. phys. math. sci. head of mathematical analysis chair, prof. S.R. Nasirov) with scientific editor of the book (prof. of the chair of geometry V.V. Shurugin), reviewer of the book (head of the chair prof. L.R. Shakirova), and received appropriate advices on the publication of the book.
