On November 28, 2019 at 10:30, the next seminar of the Department of “Optimal Control” will be held. Professor Telman Malikov, Senior Scientific Researcher of the “Optimal Control” Department, will talk  about “The Necessary Optimality Conditions in Discrete Systems”.

In the talk, using the concept of “relatively open set in broad sense”, the derivation of more general formulae for variations of functional, and their applications will be discussed.
