Today, the next seminar of the Department of Optimal Control was held. Professor Telman Malikov, Senior Scientific Researcher of the “Optimal Control” Department, talked  about “The Necessary Optimality Conditions in Discrete Systems”.

In the talk, using the concept of “relatively open set in broad sense”, the derivation of more general formulae for variations of functional, and their applications  were discussed.
