On February 5, 2020, at 10:00 at the weekly seminar of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, Professor of Baku State University, PhD, Sadi Endam oglu Bayramov will give a talk on “Generalization of Metric spaces and fixed point theorems on these spaces”.

He will  give generl information about b-metric, G-metric, D-metric, D * -metric, S-metric, soft metric spaces, which are generalizations of metric spaces. Then, the proof of the various variations of the fixed point theorem will be discussed. Finally, the results about soft metric, soft S-metric and soft D-metric spaces will be presented.
