One of the most memorable aspects of the establishment of Youth Day is its geographical migration, which would be unfair to limit this historical event to the internal borders of Azerbaijan. Thus, one year after the order of the Great Leader, at a conference in Lisbon in 1998, the World Youth Day was established by UN resolution.
