On February 12, 2020, at 10:00 at a general institute seminar, a leading researcher at the Research Institute of Applied Mathematics of Baku State University, can. of phys. math. sci. Sharif Mamed oglu Nasibov will make a report on the topic “Sobolev interpolation inequality and the Gross-Sobolev logarithmic inequality”.

The report is devoted to the proof of one exact integral inequality, to derivation of the Sobolev interpolation inequality using the Hausdorff-Young inequality. Based on this inequality, the logarithmic Gross-Sobolev inequality is proved.
