Head of the “Mathematical Analysis” department of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, Corr. member of ANAS, prof. Vagif Guliyev and leading researcher of the department, associate professor Mehriban Omarova within the I Azerbaijan-Russia joint international grant competition was published. The paper was published in 0.532 impact factor journal “Journal of Pseudo-Differential Operators and Applications”

In the paper “Global regularity in Orlicz–Morrey spaces of solutions to parabolic equations with VMO coefficients” we show continuity in generalized parabolic Orlicz-Morrey spaces of sublinear integral operators generated by parabolic Calderón-Zygmund operator and their commutators with BMO functions. As a consequence, we obtain a global regularity result for the Cauchy-Dirichlet problem for linear uniformly parabolic equations with vanishing mean oscillation coefficients.
