The weekly Wednesday seminar on March 16, 2022, 10.00 a.m., will present a report of the head of the Department of “Function Theory” Vugar Elman oglu Ismailov. Topic: “On a theorem of Hecht-Nielsen”.

The report addresses one of the pioneering results in neural network theory called Hecht-Nielsen’s theorem. It will be shown that the analogue of this theorem is valid for any multivariate function.
