Head of the “Mathematical Analysis” department of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, Corr. member of ANAS, prof. Vagif Guliyev and leading researcher of the department, associate professor Mehriban Omarova within the I Azerbaijan-Russia joint international grant competition was published. The paper was published in (WoS, IF-1.030)   Q2 high impact factor journal “Positivity” (https://www.springer.com/journal/11117/) reviewed in “Clarivate Analytics” international base.

In the paper “Estimates for operators on generalized weighted Orlicz-Morrey spaces and their applications to non-divergence elliptic equations” we show continuity in generalized weighted Orlicz-Morrey spaces of sublinear integral operators generated by some classical integral operators and commutators. The obtained estimates are used to study global regularity of the solution of the Dirichlet problem for linear uniformly elliptic operators with discontinuous data.
