Today the regular seminar was held. In the seminar of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS the head of the Department of “Equations of mathematical physics” department Guliyev Abdurrahim gave a talk on the topic “Growth type theorems for non-negative solutions of the heat equation”.

In the report, the obtained results about growth-type theorems in terms of heat capacity and heat potential for classical non-negative solutions of the heat equation and the application of these results to the derivation of Wiener-type criteria in capacity and potential terms of the boundary point regularity with respect to the Dirichlet problem for the heat equation was discussed.
