On 31.10.2024, at 11:00 the “Optimal Control” department will held its regular seminar. At the seminar, the leading researcher of the “Optimal Control” department, Ph.D., associate professor Eldar Mammadov will give a report on “On the spectrum of one class of a two-parameter problem“.

The talk examines the structure of the problem under certain right or left determination conditions, and using these studies, the determination of the principle of linear variation for the spectral problem under consideration will be explained.
