On 06.02.2025, at 11:00 the “Optimal Control” department will held its regular seminar. The sen. Res. Ass. of  “Optimal Control” department, doct. of ph. math. sci., prof. Hamlet Guliyev will give a talk on “Optimal control problem with coefficients of a second-order parabolic equation with an unstable solution”.

The paper proves the existence of an optimal pair, the convergence of the adapted penalty method, and also obtains the necessary optimality conditions in the form of a variational inequality using the adapted functional.
