Today  the  “Optimal Control” department was held its regular seminar. The sen. Res. Ass. of  “Optimal Control” department, doct. of ph. math. sci., prof. Hamlet Guliyev gave a talk on “Optimal control problem with coefficients of a second-order parabolic equation with an unstable solution”.

The report was proves the existence of an optimal pair, the convergence of the adapted penalty method, and also obtains the necessary optimality conditions in the form of a variational inequality using the adapted functional.
