Head of “Nonharmonic Analysis” department of IMM, corr. member of ANAS, prof. B.T. Bilalov, sen. Res. Ass. of “Functional Analysis” department, professors Veli M. Kurbanov and Araz R. Aliyev have participated at the International Conference “Modern methods of boundary value problems theory” devoted to 90 years of the acad. of Russian Academy of Sciences V.A. Il’in, held in Moscow.

At the plenary meeting of the conference, prof. B.Bilalov represented his talk “A boundary value problem method for proving basicity properties of perturbed trigonometric systems and its generarization”.

At the international event, prof. Veli Kurbanov gave a talk on “Absolute and regular convergence of biorthogal serics corresponding to ordinary differntial operator”.
Prof. A. Aliyev talk was on “Solvability canditions for a class of third order operator differential equations with multiple characteristics, expressed by the coefficients of the equations of boundary value problems.

The scientists carried out discussions with acad. Yevgeniy I. Moiseev, prof. Kamil B. Sabitov, Anatoliy M. Sedletsky, Ziganur Y. Fazullin, Andrey A. Shkalikov, Alexander R. Soldatov.
