On 17.01.2017-28.01.2017, the head of “Nonharmonic analysis” department, corr. member of ANAS, prof. B.Bilalov was on a professional trip in Istanbul Yildiz Technical University on the program “Application of Frame theory, wavelet analysis in seismology and in other fields to signal processings”.
Within the program he has conducted regular seminars “Statistical convergence, its development stages and applications”, nonstandard spaces and on basicity of trigonometric systems in these spaces”, and gave plenary talks on “Statistical convergence, its generalization and its application to continuous variance and Fourier series”, “Atomic expansion and some issues of frames, t-frames, the notion of frame in nonseparable Hilbert spaces”.
