Head of “Mathematical analysis” department of IMM of ANAS, corresponding member of ANAS prof. Vagif S. Guliyev was invited to the International Conference “Modern Methods, Problems and Applications of Operator Theory and Harmonic Analysis VII” as a plenary speakers. Prof. Vagif Guliyev will give a talk on “Characterizations for the fractional maximal operator, Riesz potential and their commutators on Orlicz spaces”.
