Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics carries out scientific-popular lectures and seminars within the program “Integration of Science and Education” for secondary school pupils
On April 27, at 15.00, School of Young Mathematicians will held a lecture on the theme “Dirichlet or Pigeon hole principle”.
The lecture will be given by leading research associate of “Mathematical physics equations” department cand. phys. math. sci. Abdurrahim Guliyev.
In the lecture the applications of the Dirichlet principle, the Chinese residue theorem and Ramsey number will be explained in the popular language.
IMM invites pupils and teachers of secondary schools and other interested persons to take part at this seminar.
