Within the frame of Joint Program on Scientific Cooperation Agreement between Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and National Research Council of Italy (NRCI), a competition for 2018-2019 years is aired:

Project proposals should be submitted to the competition in the following areas:

– Earth system science and environmental technologies;

– Biology, agriculture and food sciences;

– Chemical sciences and materials technology;

– Physical sciences and materials technology;

– Biomedicine;

– Engineering, ICT and energy technologies;

– Social and human sciences and cultural heritage.

Projects should be prepared together with scientists from relevant scientific organization of Italy in English.

Projects to be selected by ANAS and NRCI will be awarded 6000 euro grant for a period of 2 years. The allocated funds will be spent on the project to cover the costs of a trip to Italy.

Project proposals are received by the International Relations Office of the Presidium Administration of ANAS from May 8, 2017 – to June 30, 2017.
