Within the program “Integration of science and education”, IMM conducts scientific – popular lectures and seminars for secondary school puplish. The next lecture will be given on May 18, at 15:00 in the assembly hall of IMM.
Leading research associate of “Algebra and mathematical logic” department of IMM, philosophy doctor on mathematics Eminaga Mirzaga oglu Mammadov will give a talk on “Estimation of sums of products of terms of two sequences: Chebyshev, Holder, Miskovskii inequalities and other applications”
The lecture deals with classic Chebyshev, Holder, Minkovski inequalities and some of their applications.
Pupils and teachers of secondary schools and other interested persons are invited to take part at this seminar.
