Today the regular seminar of “Optimal Control” department was held. At the seminar professor of Baku State University, doctor of phys. math. sci. Misreddin Allahverdi oglu Sadigov gave a talk on “The second order necessary condition for the problem of non-smooth mathematical programming and second order necessary condition for discrete input problem”.

In the talk the second order necessary condition for the problem of non-smooth mathematical programming and first order necessary condition for discrete input problem were obtained.
