Today  the  “Optimal Control” department was held its regular seminar. In the seminar, the leading researcher of the “Optimal Control” department, Ph.D., associate professor Eldar Mammadov, gave a report on “On the spectrum of one class of a two-parameter problem”.

The report examined the structure of the problem under one of the specified right or left definition conditions, and using these studies it was interpreted to determine the principle of rectilinear variation for the spectral problem under consideration.
