Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS hosted the regular General Seminar. Head of the Department of Mathematical Analysis of the Institute, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Vagif Guliyev made a report on the theme ” Description of fractional maximum operators commutator by functions from the Lipschits class in Orlicz space “.

It was shown that the fractional maximum operators commutator is a necessary and sufficient condition for b-commutator function to be from the Lipschits space.
Finally, discussions were held around the topic and questions were answered.
