Today, the regular seminar of IMM was held. In the seminar the sen.res.ass. of Functional Analysis” department of IMM Veli Gurbanov gave a talk on the “Bessel property and basicity of the system of root vector-functions of summable coefficient Dirac operator”.

The talk deals with necessary and sufficient conditions for Bessel property and basicity (the Riesz basicity) of the system of root functions (eigen and associated functions) L22(G),G = (0,2π).
The theme was discussed, the questions were answered.
