On 24.01.2019, at 10:30 the “Optimal Control” department will held its regular seminar. The head of the department of Mathematics, Baku Engineering University Ragib Efendiev will give a talk on “Spectral analysis for non-self adjoint Hill operators”.

In the talk an inverse spectral problem on the axis will be considered for non-self adjoint Hill operator. The main properties of the fundamental solutions will be studied. The fundamental solutions play a significant role in the study, their expansion will be completely analyzed. Along with the solution of the inverse problem, a constructive alqorithm will be offered.
