Weekly seminar on September 10.04.2019, 10:00  a.m. will feature a report by associate professor of Department of Mathematics of Azerbaijan Technical University Ogtay Giyas oglu Azizov will give a talk on “Single and double layers potentials on smooth  and nonsmooth surfaces”.
