Negotiations for a peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict have been held for many years. Despite the adoption of a number of legal documents by the UN Security Council and the General Assembly, the Council of Europe and other international organizations, these talks did not any results. For almost 30 years, the world community, which has always acknowledged that Azerbaijan is right in terms of international law, has not taken concrete steps to resolve the conflict.

The call of the Azerbaijani side, which remained faithful to its position even during the struggle for the restoration of its territorial integrity, has not changed.
