On 01.10.2014, at 10:00, at the Institute seminar the head of “Non-harmonic analysis” department, corr. member of NASA, doctor phys. math. sci. professor Bilal Telman oglu Bilalov will give a talk “the A.G.Kostyuchenko problem”.

The talk deals with the A.G.Kostyuchenko problem known in spectral theory of differential operators. The talk is of review character and the main results related to studying this problem are given. The importance of the problem and difficulties related with studying the problem were shown. The talk is supplemented with unsolved issues on this problem.
