On November 26, the institute seminar was held. The leading research associate of “Fluid and gas mechanics” department cand. of technical sciences Eldar Abbasov gave a talk “Choice of optimal variant investment project for oil pool development under undeterminacy and economical risk condition”. The talk deals with a unified method for the choice of optimal variant of investment project for oil pool development based on expert evaluations of the results of calculations (Laplace, Hurwits, Wald, Savage, Hodge-Lehmann) with respect to different minimax criteria of game theory, and on L.Zade’s fuzzy logic theory. Taking into account risk estimations, construction of “project matrices” and deficiencies in traditional approaches (undeterminacies in evaluation of the amount of reserves and economical risk), realization of optimal variant of oil pool development is suggested.
