On February 23, 2022, at 10:00 at the institute-wide seminar at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS, the lead researcher of the Department of Mathematical Analysis, Doctor of Science in Mathematics, Associate Professor Elman Ibragimov will make a presentation on the topic “Boundedness of the Gegenbauer fractional maximal operator and its commutator in generalized Gegenbauer-Morrey spaces”.

The report is devoted to the study of the boundedness of the fractional maximal operator generated by the Gegenbauer differential operator in generalized Gegenbauer-Morrey spaces. Moreover, a characterization of the boundedness of the commutator of the k-th order of the Gegenbauer fractional maximal operator in generalized Gegenbauer-Morrey spaces is given.
